‘SNL,’ look out

It is unlikely there will ever be a chance to see Dean of Freshmen Ira Mayo in the Yvonne Theater, wearing a bandana with a baseball cap over it, rapping, “I’m the dean of frosh, there is none higher. You can call me Dean, but don’t call me Ira.” This was part of the opening monologue in the fourth annual Live with Alpha Psi, which was pleasantly surprising, with well-written comical sketches that made it a success.... After 20 years in the slammer, the Cat in the Hat, portrayed by sophomore Mike Scuilli, asks an innocent little girl, played by sophomore Andrea Susnick, to crack open a bottle of “liquid happiness.” The sketch was part of this year’s Live with Alpha Psi, which was held on Friday, Dec. 2.
