Students packed the Alumni Gym on Friday, Oct. 14, to celebrate “MAACaritaville,” the theme for this year’s Midnight MAACness. The events of the evening included performances from the dance and cheerleading teams, as well as an ice cream eating contest. However, the night was highlighted by appearances from the basketball teams, who demonstrated their skills during their first practice, which included a few slam dunks.

Athletes lend hand

Hurricane Katrina has caused so much damage to our country but has once again brought us together as a nation. James Brown, host of Fox NFL Sunday, came last week to host a Rider fund-raiser to benefit those affected by the tragedy. Men’s soccer stuck in its hole

The Rider men’s soccer team has dug its typical hole and is having trouble climbing out.
