The cheerleaders send their farewells to the men’s basketball team at the Rider Rally held in the Student Recreation Center on Wednesday, March 1. The men’s basketball team faces a daunting task as it must win four games in four days to secure a title at the MAAC Championships in Albany, N.Y. Yesterday, the women’s basketball team lost its first round game against Manhattan by a score of 89-52. The wrestling team also has title dreams this weekend, as it heads to Drexel for the Colonial Athletic Association Championships. To cap the championship weekend off, the men’s indoor track and field team will be competing at the IC4As and the women in the ECAC Championships both held in Boston. |
